The Piggybacking Practices Exhibition—created by Brian Holland and featured in the 2023 Venice Architecture Biennial Time Space Existence—features twenty-seven piggybacking case studies, including rooftop community farms, student-senior homeshares, and restaurants doubling as coworking spaces. The original drawings illustrate the unique relationships between piggybackers and piggybackees, while revealing opportunistic tactics for anchoring socially or economically marginal urban activities alongside dominant ones.
